2 campsites on Ile de Noirmoutier - La Guérinière
Off shore from Vendée, Noirmoutier can be reached by car, or on foot via the Passage du Gois to be done obviously at low tide. Dunes, salt marshes, oyster culture parks and windmills dot the landscape of the island. Formerly named island of a hundred windmills, Noirmoutier still shelters today some twenty white windmills.
