Discover the Cité de la Mer during your camping holiday
The park is dedicated to underwater exploration and the discovery of the deep sea. In 2012, a new Titanic area and a Return to Cherbourg area were added to the park. The Ocean area deals with the sea from a historical perspective: expeditions, adventures, human conquests of the seas... More than three and a half thousand fish can be admired in seventeen aquariums, including an abyssal aquarium, the largest tank in Europe. The submarine section is more technical: the history of submarines, their construction, the life of submariners. Don't miss the largest submarine in the world that can be visited: the Redoutable, and don't miss the pleasure of driving the Furtif, a virtual submarine!
