Tripadvisor has just announced the results of the 2018 Traveller Choice Awards and users have voted the Plage du Sillon in Saint Malo as the most beautiful beach in France. It attracted nearly 1,100 reviews on the site and received 65% "excellent" and 31% "very good" ratings.
This distinction is so important that some of the campsites in Saint Malo and Ille et Vilaine have used it as a selling point for the new season. For example, Yelloh Village Le Petit Bois, a 5* campsite in the Corsair City, highlights it on its Facebook page, pointing out that it is located 7 km from the campsite. A little further on, the 5* Emeraude campsite in Saint Briac sur mer (35) writes on its website "20 minutes from our campsite, come and discover the most beautiful beach in France".
